About the role

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will represent Prestige Home as a brand through various communication channels and will deliver an excellent customer service and sales administration service to our Romanian consumers.


Key Responsibilities

- Provide a fast, reliable and high-quality customer service for various issues via phone calls, live chats and emails.
- Work in shifts that include weekend and evening times with a total weekly work hour of 45-hours.
- Enter orders to company ERP system, follow up with adjustments, cancellations and returns over time.
- Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of Prestige's products and latest offerings.
- Proactively troubleshooting and constantly providing input for process improvements.

You must also have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy putting the customer first, having experience in a customer facing environment.
- Fluent Romanian and English both written and verbal.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies.
- Highly self-organised.
- Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work.
