About the role

We are looking for a full-time Customer Care Agent. You will be tasked with providing professional support and service to our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities

- Process orders to company ERP system, follow up with adjustments, cancellations and returns, fulfillment issues.
- Collecting and listening customer feedback.
- Provide detailed notes and documentation for each customer interaction.
- Maintain in-depth, detailed, current knowledge of all products, including shipping/returns/refunds policies and procedures.
- Proactively troubleshooting and constantly providing input for process improvements.

You must also have:

- Fluent Romanian and English both written and verbal.
- Work in the office located in Balotesti,Ilfov (Shuttle is provided for multiple locations, or transportation expenses will be compensated)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy putting the customer first, having experience in a customer facing environment.
- Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work.
- Ability to simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies.
