Country Manager ROMANIA
Job Description:
• Proactively seeking, acquiring, and managing new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Leading engaging product training sessions within the designated region.
• Providing support to regional sales teams to help them achieve their targets and drive sales.
• Planning and reporting on your commercial activities in a clear and organized manner.
• Continuously analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities to stay ahead.
• A cooperation model based on self-employment, where the company covers all associated costs.
Who Do We Look For
• Experience in B2B Sales - We highly value candidates with at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales roles such as Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive. Experience in managing long-term relationships with business clients is particularly appreciated.
• Industry Background - It’s greatly preferred if you have experience in the automotive, leasing, insurance, or financial sectors. Familiarity with the specific needs of car dealerships, leasing companies, and insurance agencies would be a strong asset.
• Consultative Sales Experience - If you’ve worked in roles where you acted as a trusted advisor, not just a seller, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who can analyze client needs and offer customized solutions. Prior roles as a Consultant or Sales Consultant in technology, finance, or automotive industries would be ideal.
• Complex Sales Experience - We value experience in selling complex products or services that require a longer sales cycle, such as advanced technology, financial services, or large contracts. Experience in project management, particularly in companies providing comprehensive solutions to business clients, would be a big plus.
• Relationship Sales Experience - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships is key to this role. We welcome candidates with experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager, where you had regular contact with key clients and provided ongoing support.
• Strategic Partnership Management - If you have experience in developing strategic partnerships with other businesses and have worked as a Partnership Manager, negotiating and managing long-term agreements, you would be a great fit for this position.
• Additional Qualities:
o Knowledge of the automotive and insurance industries, especially new car dealership networks and insurance departments, is highly desirable.
o Communication skills and a talent for creating new contacts will serve you well in this role.
o We value high involvement and availability, and a strong desire for professional growth and achievement.
o A high level of personal culture and a professional appearance are appreciated.
o A valid B category driving license is necessary.
o A minimum of secondary education is required.
o A very good command of English is essential.
